Our team will review your concern and may request additional information or photos to assess the situation properly.
Based on our assessment, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement flowers, store credit, or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the flower purchase. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
If a replacement is approved, khythraniaxel will create a new arrangement of equal or greater value and schedule delivery at no additional charge. Replacement deliveries are typically completed within 24-48 hours.
If your floral arrangement was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
For delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
To ensure the longevity of your flowers from khythraniaxel, please follow our care instructions provided with each arrangement. Proper care includes fresh water daily, stem trimming, and appropriate placement away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Arrangements that have not been cared for according to our instructions may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Custom arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions require advance notice for any concerns. Please inspect event florals upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of event flowers, we cannot offer refunds for events that have already occurred, but we will work with you to address any legitimate quality concerns.
Subscription customers may cancel their recurring flower delivery service at any time with 48 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery. Refunds for subscription services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
